River Ridge Landscape

Did a great job of removing a bunch of dead & overgrown bushes around the house, for a good price!

My yard needed to be dug up due to broken pipes and I needed it put back together. River Ridge squeezed me in between some much larger projects, and I'm so grateful. Cleaned up my hole, added black dirt, and new sod. Jay noticed that it wasn't as even as he would like, so came back the next day with more dirt & sod. I am so happy with the results and the attention to detail. This was a small-time job for him and appreciate he would do this. Highly recommend!

Great company to work with! They did a fantastic job laying new sod and mulch.

Awesome company, great owner and great employees! Super happy with the patio/fireplace they did for our home. I would definitely recommend River Ridge!

Great company, did a great job on my paver patio and retaining wall. Attention to detail was definitely there. Would recommend River Ridge to anyone needing hardscape services!!

Jay did exactly what I asked for and even had some good suggestions, quick, professional, and quality work, no problem giving him a great review!

River Ridge Landscape did an immaculate job on our project. They paid attention to any concerns we had. But most of all they showed up when they said they would. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Hired River Ridge to build a 23' x 16' paver patio at our place in Rogers, plus sod around the perimeter, and I could not be happier with how it turned out. What stood out most was how consultative Jay was from the start. He walked me through the whole scope up front — 10" excavation, geotextile, compacted base, chip stone bedding, polymeric sand in the joints — and answered every question I threw at him without ever making me feel like I was slowing him down. I did a lot of homework before hiring, and everything he said lined up with how a patio is supposed to be built for Minnesota winters. Communication was 10/10. Responsive to every text and call, showed up when he said he would, and kept me in the loop as the work progressed. The crew kept the site clean throughout, and the final cleanup was thorough — you'd never know a project that size had just happened in the yard. The finished patio looks fantastic and the sod tied it all together perfectly. Fair pricing, excellent workmanship, and a genuinely good guy to work with. If you're looking at a paver patio or hardscape project in the northwest metro, call River Ridge. Highly recommend.

Jay and his crew were great to work with. They completed the agreed upon work on time and exactly what I had ask them to do. They even did a bit more to help secure that my pavers would stay in place for a longer period of time. Nice job! Completely satisfied .

River Ridge did a great job rebuilding our retaining wall. Jay was great with communication, offered a fair bid, completed the job quickly and cleaned up the area well afterwards. We would recommend River Ridge to friends and use them again for future projects!

Jay and his team were fantastic to work with. Jay is transparent and communicative. He worked really well with the builders of our house and their subcontractors. Their work is amazing and thorough. He helped us provide design books and ideas in the initial phases of the project. I would recommend them to anyone.

River Ridge, in the person of Jay Ellingson and Mitch and Josh, did an exemplary job replacing the retaining walls in front of our house. Jay is thoughtful, determined, strong --just what was needed to get the versalok blocks lined up on a firm foundation. He was responsive to questions, clear with his advice, and patient with delays. I strongly recommend him.

Jay was great to work and did a great job.

Been using them for lawn care for a couple years. Great service, reliable and efficient.

We couldn't be happier with the work River Ridge Landscaping did on our retaining wall and paver patio. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. They took the time to understand our vision and delivered a finished project that exceeded our expectations. The retaining wall is not only functional but also beautifully constructed, and the paver patio has completely transformed our outdoor space. The craftsmanship and quality of their work are outstanding. The crew was hardworking, respectful, and kept the job site clean throughout the project. If you're looking for a landscaping company that takes pride in its work and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend River Ridge Landscaping. We have received so many compliments on our new patio and retaining wall, and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects.

Jay and River Ridge was great delivering a Tree to my home. He called prior to delivery to inquire the location for the drop off in the yard. Once he delivered the tree, he cleaned up all material prior to leaving and asked if I was satisfied. Great customer service and I would recommend Jay for any of your landscaping needs.

Jay and crew rebuilt a block retaining wall. Can't say enough about their excellent communication and friendly demeanor. Job was completed on time and looks great. Thanks!

Jay came over and got my trees cut down in matter of two days and it was supposed to be a three day job.He was a good person to work with with.

Great lawn care service—reliable, easy to work with, and always does a great job. Our lawn always looks amazing, and we trust him and his guys completely. Highly recommend!
